However, since our products are intimate apparel (such as bras, panties, and lingerie sets), special hygiene conditions apply:

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or have their hygiene seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.


Delivery Attempts & Refund Policy

If the carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts and the recipient is unavailable, the package may be discarded by the carrier.

In such cases:

The customer will not be eligible for a refund.

If you still wish to receive your order, a new shipment can be arranged to a valid address.
A small fee will be charged to cover the reshipment costs.
